Miles Morales : suspended : a Spider-Man novel

Summary: Miles Morales is done. He's just done. He spent all day yesterday SAVING THE WORLD from an evil mastermind who was trying to erase history. And what did he get for his efforts? A parade? Cameos on late-night talk shoes? Nope. Simply because he might've kinda broken his desk in frustration, Miles, aka Spider-Man, instead got: in-school suspension. And he's stuck there until he finishes an entire day's worth of schoolwork, all while trying not to freak out because his major crush is sitting right behind him. And he IS trying to concentrate, he really is, except...bzzzzz bzzzzzzzz. That ding-dang buzzing is messing with his concentration. Bzzzz bzzzzzzz. It's really starting to bug him. Bzzzzz bzzzzzzzzz. And it seems to be coming from something that's...in the wall? Something that might want to not only erase history, but permanently DESTROY it. Something that would make even the most unflinching entomologist QUAKE. And IT is out to destroy Spider-Man first. Yeah, just another typical day in the life of your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.
